RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a member of our sales team:
You will use your talents to generate leads and cultivate new client relationships while maintaining existing client partnerships
You will use your knowledge and experience to provide creative solutions to agencies, brands, and other organizations desiring partnership with a team of humans driven by obsessive attention to detail and planning and who deliver expertise, vision and outcomes that consistently exceed client expectations
You will work collaboratively with our marketing and creative teams as well as our design and production teams to ensure alignment on concept and budget
You will be rigorous in your pursuit of new information, industry trends and innovations to broaden our prospective client pool
You will model our values through all client and team member interactions and work with a mindset of being of service to others
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience / Skills:
- Experience selling experiential marketing and fabrication is a must
- Dynamic presenter with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a strong moral compass
- Proven track record of identifying and selling to new clients while balancing relationships with existing clients at various stages of the sales process
- Demonstrated success closing deals, especially with newly generated leads
- Ability to translate prospective clients' vision into a comprehensive, actionable plan
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Demonstrated experience knocking on doors and identifying solutions prospective clients didn't know they needed
- Pre-existing client relationships strongly preferred
- Experience with HubSpot preferred
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Client NPS scores
- Revenue and profit for solutions sold
- Volume of pitches delivered to qualified leads
