RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Selling our services to agencies and brands
  • Managing all activity via Hubspot, our CRM platform
  • Collaborating with Marketing & Creative to create compelling solutions that meet your prospect's goals
  • Partnering with Design & Production to ensure alignment on concept and budget
  • Seamless handoff of relationship to Client Success Team and / or Program Management
  • Providing competitive intelligence to colleagues
  • Staying abreast of industry trends / innovations to ensure we are delivering solutions that deliver on client KPIs
  • Developing and nurturing a robust pipeline of opportunity
  • Creating program pricing / budgets / contracts for review and approval by COO
  • Contributing to a culture where Everybody Sells
  • Up to 40% Travel

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Empathy and strong listening skills
  • 5 years experience in a sales
  • No fear when it comes to "knocking on doors"
  • Ability to translate a prospect's vision into a comprehensive, actionable plan
  • Comfort with very direct communication; You are clear, upfront and concise
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Strong moral compass
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot

Preferred Experience:

  • Event, trade show, or experiential marketing production

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Client NPS Scores
  • Revenue & Profit for programs sold
  • Number of pitches delivered to qualified leads

Salary - $150,000+ per year

This position is based in the Philly area; candidates must live in the area or be open to relocation. This is an on-site position that will report to the Director of Sales.
