As a Sales Executive for Equifax's Data-driven Marketing team, you will execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth within existing accounts while identifying new logos. This role actively engages cross-functionally with sales partners to consult with existing customer relationships and prospects to learn their business, anticipate their needs, and propose/deliver creative Equifax solutions for the highly-strategic Mid-Tier Financial Services vertical.
The DDM Sales Executive is responsible for client relationship health and growth. Strong, positive and active relationships across the organization and at a senior level are necessary for successful results. On the Data driven Marketing team, we drive value by providing leadership and mentorship to the Equifax cross-functional team as well as maintaining positive working relationships with other sales peers. Furthermore, you provide critical voice of customer data back to Equifax for solution offer improvements and product evolution.
What you'll do
- Establish, maintain and handle key customer relationships
- Lead DDM sales efforts in identified verticals to expand existing customer relationships and develop new logo growth
- Work seamlessly across Equifax with cross-functional team in order to coordinate all functional areas as required
- Assess the client's needs and demonstrate appropriate Equifax expertise/solutions for profitable sales
- Develop business cases to support solution development and delivery
- Lead sales pipeline engaging the Deal Team, Pricing Team and Legal
- Update, run and document all aspects of sales opportunities through the identified CRM, sales templates and ancillary management tools as identified
- Represent Equifax at key customer meetings, customer sponsored events, and industry trade shows as required
- Collaborate with Equifax partners for integrated solution development
- Travel 25-50% of the time
What experience you need
- 10+ years of experience selling a suite of solutions related to consumer credit data and/or marketing data solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or similar field required
What could set you apart
- Previous experience selling the value of data
- MBA preferred or equivalent business experience
- Targeting solution sellers in the top 10% of successful sales professionals; ideally with an established network within a designated industry or vertical including financial services, brokerage firms, mortgage, credit unions, fintech, and wealth management
- A real passion for and the ability to learn new technologies
- Experience in developing and delivering marketing solutions (both traditional and digital preferred)
- Thorough understanding of FCRA and Non-FCRA standards and requirements (working knowledge of Equifax products in each business unit a plus)
- Knowledge of existing and emerging regulatory/compliance requirements
- Identify market trends that are impacting clients to consult on off-the-shelf and out of the box solutions for rapid sales
- Strong presentation and social skills to effectively engage with senior level C-suite executives
- Effective negotiation skills
- Works to drive urgency in the sales cycle and the execution of solution strategies as well as handle a robust pipeline
- Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and meeting facilitation skills
- Confirmed experience in driving significant revenue growth with highly complex strategic clients

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $133,500. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
