Job Description
Coviance is looking for a Sales Executive who is adept at uncovering opportunities and building rapport while recommending the right Coviance solutions and helping navigate prospective partners through the onboarding process.

- Manage selling prospective accounts.
- Generate interest through high volume of outbound sales efforts.
- Outbound sales calls (Leads provided by Coviance)
- Develop prospects into candidates by effectively communicating the value proposition tailored to their needs.
- Lead engaging and informative demonstrations of the Coviance software platform.
- Fully document sales efforts in the CRM system.
- Understand objections and help navigate prospective partners through the onboarding process.
- Solution based selling with a heavy emphasis on building rapport and asking questions to understand the problem.
- Work under supervision, but initiative and creativity are required and encouraged.
Must be:
- Highly Motivated, Persistent, Confident, Team-oriented, Professional, Coachable
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven inside sales or phone support/sales experience
- 2+ years experience sales in B2B environment or working in the home lending industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM Software preferred
- A mindset of continuous improvement with demonstrated sustained results
- Strong time management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
