We are looking for our next sales executive who is ready to take on mid-market clients, build a book of business and help us to scale and grow into an industry leader.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help clients and prospects understand their business and build a business case to leverage Lumin Digital to scale their business.
Drive thought leadership into the market to create enthusiastic customers.
Establish, grow and maintain positive customer relationships within your territory.
Develop a business plan for your territory leveraging existing clients to expand into new sales opportunities, cultivate leads and drive excitement about Lumin Digital in your territory.
Build a robust pipeline with 3x coverage to attain consistent sales results
Partner with 3rd parties, advisors, and PSCU to drive profitable sales and pipeline
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule and slot plan.
Be a great team player partnering with all Lumin Digital colleagues to build the business.
Provide clarity on market observations, customer needs and evolving market trends back to the organization
Use data to drive your business plan and leverage internal systems to store, report and aggregate that data.
Keep abreast of best practices and market trends through continual education
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to improve the process leveraging all available tools and providing input to make them better
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience as a sales representative who attains their quota consistently
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Documents.
Familiarity CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Travel up to 75% of the time
Detail oriented with strong follow through.
BS/BA degree or equivalent.
