Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify, qualify, and convert new client opportunities in digital banking and fintech markets.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline with at least 3x quota coverage while ensuring accurate sales forecasting and CRM reporting.

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to support sustainable growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solutions Architecture, Product, Marketing, and Client Services to develop solutions aligned with customer needs.

  • Provide actionable market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to support product development and strategic planning.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and brand credibility.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology services.

    • At least 3 years of experience selling into digital banking, fintech, or financial services sectors.

    • Proven success in quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

    • Strong experience managing full sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.

    • Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and communicate clear business value.

    • Strong relationship-building capabilities, particularly with senior executives and decision-makers.

    • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

    • Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
