Position Overview
The Sales Help Specialist's mandate is to support the sales organization using knowledge of company products, services, and technology. You will provide Sales Enablement and Change Management Services to our organization by providing fast and reliable access to knowledge on sales processes, sales programs and sales productivity tools. You will assist with daily questions and issue resolution. You will prepare and deliver training and learning content. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Help.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences
- Provide tailored Onboarding support for new Sales hires
- Work with Sales Managers to identify training needs and tools
- Engage with new hires in the first weeks in Autodesk and help reduce non- productivity periods
- Be an important contact for the Hub Organizations to solve issues coming from the daily work while developing training to cover knowledge gaps
- Respond to and resolve internal inquiries about applicable business systems and operations
- Eliminate barriers to success by building relationships and networking across departments internally, including product divisions and corporate groups
- Increase adoption of tools and solicit feedback for improvement
- Analyze a variety of data and develop action plans for consideration to address deficiencies and gauge business trends
- Act for critical organizational transitions. Bring positive change critical to the success of the function
- Lead teams to achieve the objectives of a variety of local and global projects
- Work with partners and initiate action to support and to improve business systems, business tools, and business processes
- Contribute to definition of system requirements and testing and work with internal groups and external vendors on delivery and validation of technology
Minimum Qualifications
- BA, BS, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years sales/support or similar experience
- Understanding of the Autodesk processes, Autodesk policies and Autodesk tools
- Deliver presentations and trainings in person and remote to maximize retention of material
- Succeed in an environment of constant change
- Be reactive and proactive to meet needs of business
- Embrace philosophy of transferring knowledge
- Customer focused (sales advocate)
- Seek cultural perspectives and welcome diversity
- Use reporting and data for solution recommendation
- Influence with Data
- Collaborate with multiple groups within Autodesk
- Review processes and lead optimization and new ideas
- Capability to evaluate the options with a clear sense of important priorities and risks
- Manage information from the multiple parallel work streams and integrate key details into our standard processes

- Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including, SharePoint, Wiki, DocuSign, and MS Teams

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $64,000 and $110,440. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
