The Opportunity:

As Sales Operations Intern, you will partner with the marketing and sales teams to develop new leads from marketing campaigns including driving attendance to customer events. In addition, you will provide support to the sales team in customer contact identification. All applicants must be able and willing to work 20 hours per week from June 5th to August 11th, with one day of the week in our Durham, NC office. This internship will pay $16/hour.

Your Mission:

  • The opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders & teams to gain experience within our field sales and marketing organization 
  • Participate in key sales activities within your assigned team/location
  • Sales and marketing support to identify appropriate target personas and to develop outbound campaigns
  • Market analysis, target account research, strategy and approach development
  • Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails

What you need to succeed:

  • You are entering Senior year and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Sales
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce) preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy team player with strong social skills
