SUMMARY
Seeking a Sales Intern for Summer 2023 (15+ week program). The Sales Intern will be fully onboarded into the HexArmor Internal Sales team with appropriate project work assigned based on candidates’ interests and abilities. 40 hours a week for the summer with potential full-time hire upon graduation.
Manage customer interactions, qualify leads for our sales team, and facilitate sales over the phone and online. A successful candidate must be able to handle a large volume of interactions while providing paramount service and support. This is a role that will immerse candidates into a variety of operations within the company including: sales, marketing, and customer service. We are looking for ambitious, organized, and savvy people looking to make an impact on this fast-growing organization.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide over-the-phone support for customers including: inventory, pricing, product information.
- Triage inbound inquiries and determine proper team to handle (sales, operations).
- Qualify leads and work with sales team to ensure proper follow-up.
- Facilitate sales interactions for consumer and small markets.
- Manage our LiveChat interactions from the Web site.
- Keep customer information and contact activity current in SAP and Salesforce.com
- Provide general administrative support for the sales team (information entry, reference).
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Seeking 2023 and 2024 graduates
- Prior internship experience preferred.
- Prior sales experience preferred.

- Desire and ability to work in fast-paced environment and be part of a high-performance team
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly by phone/email to prospects and customers
- Ability to learn and use CRM (Salesforce) as well as SAP Business One (order management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree
- Previous work experience or internship preferred
