The Opportunity: 
Our Sales Intern will collaborate on and own various projects within our Sales and Go-to-Market functions, from developing and evolving sales enablement content to systems administration to training. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on a scaling team with exciting goals. This is a temporary internship based in our downtown Boston office; you will report to our Sr. Director of Go to Market.

You are excited about managing several different workstreams and working with various internal stakeholders. You care about continuous improvement and impact! 
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Compile information to share with the team across all facets of the company to continue improving our process, driving revenue, and growing our company
  • Build strong supportive relationships to help drive the business forward during customer calls and visits (you will directly support our whole sales team, our VP of Sales, CRO, and CEO)
  • Researching target ideal customer profile, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and other partner profiles
  • Work closely with our sales teams’ tech stack and enhance how we leverage our tools 
  • Research target companies and specific individuals, build and execute outreach campaigns
  • Assist in the development and refinement of the Sales Onboarding Program (including but not limited to: optimizing our enablement catalog, enhancing our training program, and developing new enablement materials)
  • Determine how to best leverage resources to get the maximum value out of field events
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ideally, previous experience in a sales-based role and a desire to develop your sales/business acumen
  • Be curious about manufacturing & engineering. Have a desire to learn and research about manufacturing, our customers, and their environment to better understand the challenges they face and how Paperless Parts can help.
  • Interest in training and enablement, and supporting a dynamic sales organization
  • Systems-orientation with an eagerness to build competency in new technologies
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfort working in multiple workstreams and projects at once
 
Preferred Experience: 
  • Exposure to or knowledgeable of enterprise companies (ranging in $1M to $150M in annual sales
  • Experience in opportunity generation Using a combination of research, email drip campaigns, calling, and the team around you to find opportunities for your sales team to work with and close.
  • Experience with Salesforce, G-suite, Microsoft Excel, Outreach.io, Gong, and/or Skilljar

The office has an open floor plan with several conference rooms to encourage collaboration with your colleagues in California and TV's to connect with those sitting in Boston or remotely. The office is walking distance from Downtown Encinitas, the Coaster train stop, and tons of restaurants, bars, and activities on the 101.
