Role Overview
The Sales Lead at Flight Club is a natural leader and the face of the brand. You will be responsible for creating the best experiences for our consumers while promoting team development. We are looking for a candidate with a strong sales track record and a comprehensive understanding of retail functions. With your dynamic personality, growth oriented mindset and knowledge of best-in-class business processes you will help lead and grow a winning team.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the Sales Supervisor with supporting store processes; opening, closing, upkeep, updating reports and team development.Â
- Lead selling on the floor and ensure that all floor standards are metÂ
- Mentor and instruct team members on Flight Club’s WAVE training to ensure delivery of excellent customer service, product knowledge, and brand historyÂ
- Work as a team player to support business growth and professionally build positive relationships with clients, leadership and team membersÂ
- Be a resource for consumers and leadership by identify business opportunities and upcoming/current products and trendsÂ
- Ensure scheduling needs of the business and that all time and attendance policies are metÂ
- Assist in executing operational tasks to ensure premium service and smooth store functioningÂ
- Be a representation of GOAT Groups core values inside/outside of the workplace
We are looking for:
- At least 1-3 years experience in the retail/service industryÂ
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Detailed, organized and have excellent time managementÂ
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high performing teamsÂ
- An effective and quick problem-solver with a keen attention to detailÂ
- Entrepreneurial spirit; desire to exceed sales goalsÂ
- Knowledge and passion for sneaker and streetwear fashion
The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Hiring Range:
$20—$21.50 USD
