Job Description:

FXCubic is currently looking for their first sales hire for the Asia Pacific region. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for understanding the market, driving sales and revenue growth within the designated market. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the APAC region.
    • Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Own, hit, and exceed annual/monthly sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts.
    • Responsible for selling the company's products on all fronts as guided by the manager.
    • Finding leads and prospects through business development channels.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' needs, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting and Market Analysis:
    • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
    • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
  • Product Demonstration:
    • Demonstrate the company’s products to potential clients, showcasing their value and functionality.

Skills & Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field(MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales and business development experience.
  • Knowledge of Forex Industry in sales and technologies and solid understanding of Financial/trading industry fields is a must
  • Ability to make contact with Forex Brokers.
  • Knowledge of MT4/5 and/or another Liquidity Bridge is a plus
  • Proven track record as a self-driven, deal-focused individual with pipeline-building capabilities.
  • Hunter mentality with experience in Internet, telephone, cold calling, e-mailing and face-to-face sales while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and knowledge of how to reach the C level and decision makers such as Risk and IT managers
  • Proficiency in local language and English (additional languages are advantageous).
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure with the ability to articulate product benefits
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong team player with ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Aptitude for learning complex software products
  • Reside in the targeted market area and be willing to travel
