Your Mission:
Reporting to the senior sales manager in the home and distribution business unit
Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
- Account Management of direct channels within the Home and Distribution Pipe
- Meeting and exceeding quantitative and qualitative annual objectives
- Support assigned partners in the sell through / sell out activities with adequate and recognized added values
- Ensure aligning with the annual product mix ambitions within the assigned partners
- Set goals and objectives, develops sales/business plans, establishes strategies, develops account profiles and executes plan.
- Applies excellent market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific, high-level target audiences
- Identifies and develops account penetration strategies which will increase SE customer's profitability
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth knowledge of customer's organization, mutually trusting relationship and account dedication
- Provide Monthly reports about the performance/development for your assigned accounts
- Capability to demonstrate the Value proposition of Schnieder to the End users
- collaborate with different teams from different Business units to serve the market with most updated digital solutions provided by Schneider electric
- capable to perform distribution market surveys to better understand the need of the customers

Qualifications
About You
- University degree in an engineering profession (preferred electrical/electronics engineering)
- 4-8 Years of experience in commercial field (transactional field is preferred)
- Strategic , team worker and quick executer
- Result oriented with good interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- self motivated with ownership passion
- Digital transformation minded
- E-commerce experience is preferred
