What can you expect in a Sales & Lead Generation Subject Matter Expert role with TaskUs:
TaskUs provides clients with sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, onboarding and retention services today, however this role will work to productize and expand the offerings into a more complete service catalog. As a Sales & Lead Generation Subject Matter Expert at TaskUs, you will partner with leadership to execute the go-to-market strategy for this service line.
You will leverage your experience in designing and launching outsourced revenue growth solutions focused on ad tech, consumer goods, or SaaS renewals. The ideal candidate has experience working with operations and sales teams to bring these kinds of solutions to market to drive growth, diversification, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service Line leadership, Sales, Client Services and Operations to develop compelling solution narratives, case studies, and value propositions to capture greater market share.
- Create, capture, interpret, and implement best practices across multiple clients and lines of business, turning siloed practices into reusable assets that support broader strategies.
- Refine go-to-market strategies and assist with positioning and pitching services to prospective clients.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance on sales and lead generation best practices to stakeholders across the business.
- Represent TaskUs and your team in client meetings, pitches, and more.
- Present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to client executives and partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation within the BPO industry or large enterprise.
- Direct outsourced Sales & Lead Gen Services experience strongly preferred, with a focus on helping clients grow their ad tech, consumer goods, or SaaS renewals businesses.
- Fluent with all stages of proposal management inc. discovery, proposal writing, oral presentations and solution design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
