The Sales Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all technical and live and hybrid learning initiatives are seamless to the sales and marketing audience. This means broad collaboration with internal subject matter experts (SME), sales, marketing, IT and other core L&D team members, and third-party vendors. Core skills such as communication, technical aptitude, and critical thinking enable success.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with and project manage learning initiatives for Sales Management, Marketing, and VP Sales L&D, by helping to develop training plans. You will:
    • Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed and recommend appropriate delivery method for training;
    • Identify the scope of projects (purpose/goal, audience, knowledge level, content, timing, etc.);
    • Assist in organizing key people to facilitate the session;
    • Partner with subject matter experts to collect, review, and create learning focused content (bite size learning, content modules, etc.) for learning initiatives;
    • Schedule, manage logistics and socialize training sessions (end to end process including status updates, post session follow up, and evaluation); and
    • Facilitate ongoing feedback and support (learner, SME etc.).
  • Manage all onboarding platforms and communications for new associates in Global Sales, Marketing, and Solutions.
  • Curate content, design, and support internal communications via email and communication platform.
  • Oversee and manage the learning schedule for the Sales & Marketing intern program.
  • Create and implement learning reinforcement initiatives leveraging Sales L&D tools.
  • Use known educational principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques.
  • Assist in maintaining learning management system content/courses.
  • Work on special learning projects that will enhance the learner's experience.
  • Research and recommend new training methods that are aligned with key learning initiatives.
  • Oversee the document management process to ensure process and procedure documents are updated / maintained in accordance with the department methodology.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external vendor partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from 4 year college or university and a minimum of 3 years working in Sales Learning & Development or Training Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a Sales Support function.
  • Strong communication and writing skills required.
  • Extremely proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and demonstrates a high-level of curiosity.
  • Foundational knowledge of learning management systems.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to manage basic to complex learning initiatives.
  • Demonstrated problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of all MS Office applications.
  • Familiar with eLearning or video editing software preferred.
  • Knowledge in creating and editing e-learning courses or video production preferred.

Salary range $85,000.00- $ 90,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
