We at Photobooth Supply Co. are searching for a charismatic Live Chat Inside Sales Photo Booth Strategist to join our team. You will be responsible for answering inbound sales chats, answering email and text messages, and working as a team to ensure all leads are taken care of. Your mission will help aspiring entrepreneurs achieve their goals.. That's why we internally call this position a "Photobooth Strategist!" To do that, you must have an excellent sense of entrepreneurship, curiosity, good work ethic, and adaptability.

**Weekly schedule- Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm PST**

Acts

• Engage with website visitors through live chat, email and text with a touch of humor and a big helping of product knowledge.
• Share GIFs, emojis, and witty quips to make conversations memorable and delightful
• Respond to customer inquiries received via email and text messages with the same charm and enthusiasm as you do in live chat.
• Identify, nurture and escalate leads to strategy calls, demos and completion of purchase
• Track customers, create deals, and escalate leads with our CRM
• Stay connected to all Photo Booth Strategists
• Contribute to creating a fun and engaging work environment. Share memes, jokes, or stories that keep the team smiling.

Goals

• Increase lead-to-customer close ratio
• Decrease sales cycle length
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and goals
• Increase lead conversion through chat

Salary Range: $50 - $60K
