Summary:Â
The Blue Raven Sales Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting our outside sales teams and curating fantastic events and swag experiences. A strong candidate is accustomed to being the wizard behind the curtain, keeping the ship running smoothly in the face of challenges without anyone being the wiser. The Sales Logistics Coordinator will need to have excellent time management and communication skills while being adaptable to our ever-changing, fast-paced work environment.Â
Work is primarily conducted at our office in Orem, UT and occasional travel may be required. Periodic weekend or evening work may also be required, depending on the workload.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Coordinate property management of our satellite sales offices (scouting, furniture, internet, utilities, rent payments, etc.)
- Coordinate design, order, and organize swag for Corporate and Sales; sales incentive prized included
- Plan and set up sales retreats and events, including end-to-end travel for 90-350 people
- Organize sales uniform and supply inventory
- Track sales orders, purchase orders, item adjustments, etc.
- Fulfill sales representative's needs and requests
- Oversee team accounts on Zoom, Certify, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, etc.Â
- Ability to lift up to 30lbsÂ
Minimum Qualifications:
- Some college or commensurate work experience
- 1+ year(s) of customer service preferred
- Previous experience with inventory or product management preferredÂ
- High acumen for service and experience building events
- Clear, professional, and kind communication via phone, email, and text
- Effective time management:Â ability to complete work without constant direction
- Versatile and highly adaptable to change
- Ability to manage the needs of many stakeholders
- Resilient to changing demands and plans (moves quickly, always has a backup)
- Go-getter who takes on responsibility, solves issues, and creates results
- Team-player who actively encourages others and upholds high standards
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
