OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Revenue department.
As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to actively manage a group of Account Executives with a focus on developing talent and driving the team to exceed its sales goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of exceeding quota in a high-volume sales role
- 1 year of experience directly managing a high-performing software sales or SaaS sales team or proven sales success within the e-commerce or digital marketing industries.
- Experience with a short sales cycle and/or transactional sales
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Analytical in nature (our clients and partners are all in an ROI driven industry), with a track record of using data to drive strategic decision making
- Demonstrated ability to step back and think strategically, while willing to assist with deal negotiation and closing for your team

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Sales Manager on our Mid-Market Sales team, you will:
- Provide leadership and direction for a team of 5+ sales account executives in the mid-market segment
- Assist in hiring, managing, and developing the sales organization with a focus on empowering team members to grow professionally
- Coach and assist throughout the sales cycle - from presentation to negotiation
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the sales model using an evolving set of objective and subjective KPIs
- Meet and exceed customer acquisition and revenue targets while iterating upon a scalable process to achieve long term growth
- Participate in development of internal and external messaging, including iteration of value propositions and objection handling
- Collaborate with marketing, client success, client operations, product, and business operations teams on cross-functional initiatives to drive company growth
