MOO's Business Services offering provides an online platform for businesses to create and scale their beautiful print products with the click of a few buttons (just like magic). Business Service clients range from robust corporations looking for consistency and brand control, to creative resellers who partner with MOO to bring their designs to life and delight their clients.


To continue the success that MOO Business Services is today, we are looking for an exemplary B2B Sales Manager to lead a team of 6-7 skilled Account Executives and Account Managers who are located in our East Providence location, supporting new and existing clients in the North American market.


MOO is seeking an efficient, driven and inspiring leader to join our B2B Sales Leadership team. This Sales Manager will join a team of 5 existing Sales Managers in both with similar team structures, located in all 3 MOO locations, London, UK, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO. This leadership team reports to the Head of Global Sales and together works with cross functional teams like Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations and Marketing teams, to create and implement new strategies and support our teams to meet and exceed their goals.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader passionate about delighting customers, leveraging technology for consistent improvement, growing and developing a performing sales team, and the B2B sales process. This person must be efficient and organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver support and new strategy to their sales team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a background leading a team to success through empathy, strategic thinking, and a high level of business acumen relating to B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6-7 direct reports including Account Executives, and Account Managers located in our East Providence office in a hybrid work environment
  • Lead, mentor and inspire your team, especially during periods of change
  • Conduct consistent training plans for teams and individuals
  • Provide regular and consistent recognition and constructive feedback
  • Implement, track, and facilitate team contests
  • Maintain staffing levels through being actively involved with recruiting
  • Ensure that SLAs for customer communication are met
  • Maintain profitable business results by reviewing team revenue and discounting
  • Monitor customer calls for training and feedback
  • Implement and track sales programs including process flows, special offerings and campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong internal customer relationships
  • Communicate process improvements and customer feedback
  • Communicate sales targets and provides updates as necessary
  • Accurately forecast results through team pipeline management and provide weekly updates on pipeline to the Head of Sales and to other leaders in the business as needed
  • Ensure team maintains accurate records in Salesforce
  • Review & monitor new account distribution and perform regular book balances across the returning business team to ensure the best customer experience and appropriate workload for sales team
  • Maintain and understanding of internal policies and departmental rules of engagement to uphold them within your team
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all of MOO's products and Business Services to support your team
  • Consistently Coach your team to meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work cross-functionally as needed on projects as a stakeholder for the sales department and report back to your sales leadership team
  • Embody MOO's values and hep to maintain a positive culture remotely and onsite

About You:

  • The person we appoint to this role will be enthusiastic, imaginative, optimistic and keen to work as part of a team. To be considered for the role you will need to have
  • Experience in a team leadership role with progressive responsibility - team management is a must!
  • A sales background with proven customer acquisition/retention skills and demonstrable success building customer relationships and account growth
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, strong sense of self direction and ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to start from scratch, test new strategies and measure success, set backs, and learning
  • Preference to hands on working when required - you'll be expected to get involved on all levels
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively to people at all levels
  • Experience using SalesForce, especially in a B2B environment

Nice To Haves:

  • A sales leadership background in a fast paced fast growth company
  • Print, technology or design sales experience is highly desirable
  • Experience working with sales automation tools and ticketing tools, IE Salesloft, Adobe workfront, Zendesk
  • Experience working with additional sales tech, IE Gong, Bombbomb
