Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 direct reports focused on B2B, high volume, transactional sales. You will coach, motivate and empower our Account Executives and SDRs to continue overachieving their goals, while creating long lasting business relationships.
What you get to do:
- Reviewing all sales interactions (phone, video, email, SMS and Chat) to identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive coaching to ensure the development of our Account executives’ skill sets
- Second voice calls
- Assist AEs in developing deal strategies
- Manage inbound lead distribution and performance tracking
- Develop a highly effective outbound strategy to target high value accounts
- Work with the head of revenue, manager of customer success and marketing to develop a in depth social selling strategy
- Work hand in hand with the Manager of customer success and Manager of customer support to ensure smooth transitions/hand offs and cohesive communication across every part of the customer journey.
- Develop and implement training sessions and resourcesÂ
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the Sales voice is heard and understood
- Management of up to 5-10 AEs (in 2021)
- Ensure efficient processes are in place for high output
What you bring to the role:
- 4+ years in SaaS
- 2+ years in sales management, ideally at an early stage, high growth startup in the SaaS space, bonus points for marketplaces!
- Experience with high volume, transactional sales
- Experience with both high volume inbound leads and developing targeted outbound strategies to acquire high value customers
- Experience building playbooks and sales documentation
- Experience managing CRMs (ideally Hubspot)
- Experience with best practices and developing highly effective email marketing campaigns to generate more connects
- Experience selling tech to not so tech savvy personas
Bonus Points:
- Have experience in the construction technology space and/or two sided marketplaces
- Have experience managing remote teammatesÂ
- Have experience using tools like Hubspot, Frontapp, intercom, etc.
