What’s the role about?Â
Join our dynamic Retail team as a Sales Manager. In this pivotal new role, you’ll support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.Â
Who you areÂ
- Previous experience of supervising a teamÂ
- Strong background in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury environmentÂ
- Ability to guide and coach othersÂ
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environmentÂ
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Have excellent organisational and decision-making skillsÂ
- Excels under pressureÂ
What you’ll be doingÂ
- Delivering a premium, genuine and tailored customer service experience which exceeds our customers’ expectationsÂ
- You act as a role model; inspiring and guiding your team with dedication, integrity and genuine warmthÂ
- Drive sales by monitoring the team’s KPIs and leading by example with exceptional serviceÂ
- Work with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of business plan is cascaded throughout the teamÂ
- Providing an in depth knowledge of our brand and our products to our customers and your team
- Actively engage and undertake duties that supports the store operations
- Delivering team briefs and contribute to team meetingsÂ
- Supporting the store management in assisting with team developmentÂ
