This role is a high-impact sales position focused on driving revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting and pipeline development. You will engage with prospective clients across multiple channels, identify decision-makers, and convert opportunities into qualified sales leads. Accountabilities:
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through high-volume outbound activity across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Execute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage target accounts and decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against established criteria and advance them through the sales process
- Personalize outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to map accounts and engage contacts
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all prospecting activity, lead status, and pipeline updates
- Test and refine messaging, call approaches, and sequencing strategies to improve conversion rates
- Gather market intelligence on prospects, competitors, and industry trends to inform targeting and positioning
- 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or outbound sales roles
- Proven track record as an individual contributor with direct ownership of pipeline generation
- Strong experience in multi-channel outbound outreach, including cold emailing, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and contact/data sourcing tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to personalize messaging effectively
- Highly organized, disciplined in follow-ups, and attentive to pipeline and CRM management
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment with accountability for outreach and opportunity generation
