Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a background in construction and a deep understanding of doors and windows. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers. This role requires creativity, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to successfully bid on projects and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Knowledge:
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our doors and windows product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques relevant to doors and windows.
• Sales Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
• Set clear sales targets and track performance.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Project Bidding:
• Oversee the bidding process for projects, ensuring competitive and accurate bids.
• Work closely with the estimating and project management teams to develop winning bids.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Creativity and Innovation:
• Identify and implement creative strategies to differentiate our products in the market.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote our doors and windows.
• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to improve product offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of doors and windows products and their applications.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
