Sales Manager

As HotelRunner, We’re looking for a great Sales Manager ready to take on some serious hacking for our İzmir R&D Office.

We aim to create a platform that enables hotels and travel agencies to reach travelers worldwide in order to maximize profits and revenues.

About the job

• Develop and implement targeted sales plans & negotiate pricing and proposals
• Identify and develop potential customers and partners
• Deliver product demos and presentations
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Track and close sales opportunities
• Follow market trends in B2B travel agencies and OTAs
• Conduct competitive analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Monitor and report sales performance
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in travel agency and/or hospitality sectors
• Knowledge of the B2B travel agency and OTA market
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, team player
• Ability to participate in local and international fairs, events, and field visits
• Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Confident in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
• Living in Izmir
