Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the business development strategy for LeadingIT. This person helps to develop strategic relationships with potential clients and partners. This person oversees business development initiatives to guide them from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase.

The Sales Manager is able to identify a client’s business needs and work with both the client and LeadingIT.

What this role will entail:

  • Run end-to-end pitch process, including assessing initial opportunities, collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients, and creating written RFP responses.
  • Build and maintain new business pipeline relationships with intermediaries and prospective clients
  • Responsible for new sales
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations
  • Participate in strategic development of new business

  • Success generating business with digital and offline tactics (cold calling, event networking etc.)
  • Willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
  • Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding and awareness of aligning consumer goals and business goals

Our all-inclusive total compensation and benefits package for this role includes:

  • Salary is based on your experience, drive and the value you can bring our company; and is in the range of $50,000/year  + commissions (100% of first month fee): OTE: $125,000/year
  • We provide 100% company paid health, dental, life, and vision benefits – value of $4,500 to $14,000/year
  • We match 5% of your contributions to Guideline 401k – value of 5% of salary.
  • More than 14+ days of paid time off AND two weeks vacation.
  • Company provided gear (notebook + iPhone) as well as company clothing.
