Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.Â

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.Â

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.Â

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help team members reach their full potential.Â

Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Product Development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Â

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.Â

Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Â

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management and leadership.Â

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Â

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Â

All other duties as assigned.Â
RequirementsÂ

Highschool diploma or equivalent required. (Required)Â

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)Â

5+ years’ experience in sales management, with a track record of success in achieving targets and driving team performance.Â

Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing team members.Â

Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Â

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.Â

A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.Â

Willingness to travel as needed.Â

Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.Â
