As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for discovering the pain points that our contractors experience when running their businesses. You will act as a consultant by educating them on our products and services and arming them with the tools they need to achieve their business goals. You will ensure every contractor receives a world class customer experience. 
 
What You'll Get to Do:
  • Create a high energy, results focused environment where success is abundant and collaboration is key
  • Work with the Revenue Leadership to define and implement strategies, processes, and tactics that support the achievement of our goals such as monthly targets for New MRR, and all the metrics that lead to the New MRR achievement (connect rate, qualification rate, close rate, average deal size, etc)
  • Develop an outbound strategy to take sales targets to the next level by reactivating old sign ups and converting monthly transactional MAUs to subscription users
  • Collaborate with the Head of Revenue on sales planning and create the team’s playbook to advance the organization to the next level
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class sales talent
  • Plan, deliver and own sales team skill development and coaching for improved performance across the entire team
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business and act as a consultant to leadership on decisions impacting the sales funnel and other revenue driving initiatives
  • Act as the customer advocate, ensuring the customer experience is always prioritized

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • 5 + years of progressive experience in SaaS Sales, including at least 2 years in a Sales Manager role
  • Must have experience managing sales in a SaaS startup with a subscription model
  • Must have experience managing sales in a product lead growth company
  • Must have direct sales experience in high velocity sales environment (lower average deal sizes that close quickly)
  • Must have both inbound and outbound experience
  • Proven track record of building high performing team through individualized training and coaching
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn and teach others
