THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targetsÂ

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivityÂ

Set individual and team sales goals, and monitor progress through key performance indicators (KPIs)Â

Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales, determine profitability, and identify new business opportunitiesÂ

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product offeringsÂ
-
Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionÂ

Create and deliver sales presentations to key clients and stakeholdersÂ
-
Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper managementÂ

Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new sales team membersÂ

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditionsÂ
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldÂ

5+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management roleÂ

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsÂ

Strong leadership and team management skillsÂ

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office SuiteÂ

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisionsÂ

Experience in Managed Services or Media and Entertainment preferredÂ

100k to 150k base salary plus commission structure with earning potential up to $1,000,000Â
