About The Role:
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Account Managers, forecasting revenue, and ensuring goals are met. This role is responsible for developing sales strategy related to ancillary products. Previous experience managing a pipeline and guiding existing clients through their evaluation process to close is a must, as you will need to assist your team in selling and closing efforts. This position reports directly to the Sr Director of Account Management. This role also is responsible for retention of current clients, customer satisfaction, and high-level management of Filevine clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of your Account Management Team by setting both individual and team goals
  • Conduct sales trainings and professional development 
  • Develop your team through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge
  • Share new insights that help the existing client base properly evaluate Filevine solutions
  • Understand Filevine’s value-add and how to upsell clients 
  • Prepare and tailor messaging for clients
  • Accurately forecast your monthly, quarterly, and annual performance
  • Ensure high renewal and retention rates 
  • Be proficient using a CRM to manage your team pipeline
  • Be willing to learn Filevine sales process, and leverage it to manage your team’s business, and increase your effectiveness as a leader 
  • Develop sales strategies to increase client pipeline within your team
  • Consistently meet / exceed sales quotas within predetermined time frame
  • Report on activity and performance metrics 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experiences in SaaS sales 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team 
  • Consistent, demonstrable record of achieving quota 
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team 
  • Strong track record of managing monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
  • Experience in lead qualification, advanced outbound prospecting, managing a pipeline, sales processes, and overcoming objections
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM; willingness to learn and adopt Filevine usage and best practices
  • Ability to problem solve and demonstrate empathy towards clientele
