This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager, Bangalore – NBS in India.
This role is focused on driving strategic sales growth and expanding market presence within the medical devices sector across a defined territory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including implantologists and dentists, while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening key accounts. The position combines field-based commercial activity with strategic territory planning, customer engagement, and data-driven execution. You will work closely with internal teams such as customer service, finance, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth order management and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will play a key role in product demonstrations, clinical support during live cases, and promotional activities. This is a high-impact sales role requiring autonomy, strong execution capability, and a customer-centric mindset in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales performance targets while developing strong customer relationships and ensuring efficient execution across your assigned territory:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving growth within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement territory strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, implantologists, KOLs, and key accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and support clinicians during live cases when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Manage accounts receivable and support payment collection in collaboration with finance teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market insights.
- Support marketing and training initiatives, including business development activities and customer engagement programs.
- Handle order placement, shipment coordination, and resolution of customer issues including implant replacement processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices sales or specialty pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred (BDS or Management degree is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage large territories independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer needs within clinical or healthcare environments.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into measurable results.
- Good knowledge of local language(s) and strong interpersonal skills.
