SALES MANAGER

What does a Sales Manager do at Culligan Water?
  • Create, lead and maintain a positive workforce environment conducive to enhanced employee morale, productivity and creativity.
  • Initiate effective oversight of the Sales department to successfully hit performance and production goals,
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies and best practices,
  • Work inter-departmentally to support company-wide goals,
  • Support employee empowerment and help develop employee skillset through training in order to best serve our customers and meet business needs,
  • Actively participate in the local market to continuously increase market intel and knowledge of the industry and our competitors,
  • Develop a sales bench through networking to anticipate future staffing needs
  • Maintain Water Quality Association (WQA) Certified Water Specialist (CWS) designation,
  • Learn, maintain and apply technical knowledge of Culligan products and services,
  • Engage in relationship-building opportunities at sales and networking groups.
