- Initiate effective oversight of the Sales department to successfully hit performance and production goals,
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies and best practices,
- Work inter-departmentally to support company-wide goals,
- Support employee empowerment and help develop employee skillset through training in order to best serve our customers and meet business needs,
- Actively participate in the local market to continuously increase market intel and knowledge of the industry and our competitors,
- Develop a sales bench through networking to anticipate future staffing needs
- Maintain Water Quality Association (WQA) Certified Water Specialist (CWS) designation,
- Learn, maintain and apply technical knowledge of Culligan products and services,
- Engage in relationship-building opportunities at sales and networking groups.
