We are looking forward to Sales manager, CPS (Targeting end customer like Healthcare(like hospital), Transportation( LRT, Highspeed rail etc) and Manufacturing) in Eaton's electrical business, based in Malaysia. What you'll do:

The primary function of the job is manage and develop End User and Partners on Critical Power Solution (CPS) business within assigned strategic segments, direct sales effort thru partner enablement to achieve annual sales target. CPS product include 3-Phase UPS, Li-Ion Battery, Cooling, Brightlayer Software, Pre-fabricated Modular Solution and Services

A. Achieve PQ sales revenue target via Channel Partners in the assigned Segment - Manufacturing, Healthcare, Transportation which includes 3-Phase UPS, Battery System, Cooling, Brightlayer software, Pre-fabricated Modular Solution and Services.
B. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy together with partners ie. IT System Integrator, M&E contractors, to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies
C. Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
D. Build strong relationships and frame agreeement with key partners to enhance long term business prospects.
E. Work with marketing primes to implement the company's marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image.
F. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
G. Leverage all other EATON team members to surround the partners and increase EATON's share of wallet
H. Mobilise EATON resources to close projects and create satisfied customers
I. Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the channel partners' organization
J. Comply with bid review process
K. Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
L. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
M. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values.
N. Build relationship with distributors and managed channel partners to assist DPQ channel business.
O. Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton PQ business.
P. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) / Environment Health & Safety (EHS):
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS / EHS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS / EHS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS / EHS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS /EHS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

A. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
B. 5+ years of sales experience in Solution Selling - critical power and Channel Partner account management

Skills:

A. Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
B. A history of enable and develop Channel Partner in selling UPS, Data Center Solution, Electrical solution and licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
C. Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives
D. History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
E. Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
F. Teamwork and good communication skills a must
