Job Summary/Overview: The Sales Manager, D & H Display manages driving $80M in MP across B2B Display with unique P&L and KPIs in a "One Samsung" customer approach.

Role and Responsibilities
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drive MP and YoY growth in Visual Display category
- Develop a "One Samsung" sales relationship per account
- Work with a team of internal (funded head) resources optimized to sell by category, vertical, and across all lines of business
- Manage best in class supply chain management (SCM) practices including but not limited to CPFR and joint business planning
- Deliver 6-10X ROI on MDF investments aligned to each category and divisional goals
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Understanding of the principles and application of supply chain management
- Experience in CRM, business analytics, and data mining to develop target accounts
- Experience with various channel routes to market: e-tail, National and Regional Retail, Solution Providers, National Solution Providers, and Integrators
- Financial acumen including but not limited to P&L management, channel margin, trailing credits, & product lifecycle (PLC) based price management
- Experience in T1 (Distribution) à T2 sales (Reseller)
- Indirect people management (funded heads)
- Having worked at or sold to a major IT distributor
- Experience at a major CE / IT vendor
- Knowledge of/understanding IT categories such as PC, networking, software and services, professional displays, and consumer displays
- Strong analytical skills required
- Supply Chain/Forecasting experience preferred
- Organized, detailed, goal driven, and achievement oriented
- Ideal candidate will reside in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience including Military / Civil Service
- 6-8 Years of Sales Experience
Physical/Travel Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% within the United States, primary in Harrisburg, PA and Buffalo, NY.
- PA & FL to D&H HQ
- Nationally to customer facing events
- NJ to Display HQ (Ridgefield Park, NJ)

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:
- New York State: $166,500 to $175,000
Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more. In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.
