Job Description

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Presenting sales performance, including revenue generation and achievement of sales targets within the SME segment;
  • Reporting and analysing customer metrics such as acquisition rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores;
  • Providing updates on the progress of contract negotiations with SME clients, highlighting key terms and outcomes;
  • Reporting on market trends and competitor activities that impact SME client relationships and business strategies;
  • Reporting and resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention;
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts related to SME client acquisition and retention strategies;
  • Reporting on innovative solutions and recommending strategies to enhance SME client engagement and profitability.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent;
  • +3 years of experience working for a trading company;
  • Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Flexibility and Adaptability, Relationship Building;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel).
