Sales Manager

Key responsibilities include: • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new wholesale opportunities. • Analyze sales and customer data to refine sales strategies and optimize performance. • Develop, implement, and adjust sales plans based on market trends. • Recruit, train, and manage sales team, fostering ongoing development and professionalism. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential wholesale partners. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales goals with company initiatives. • Represent and promote the company brand in the market. • Monitor and report on team and individual performance to senior management. • Make 2020 design, estimates, process orders when necessary. • Provide outstanding service to multiple clients with varying timeline and project needs. • Perform additional duties as needed. Required Skills & Abilities: • Proven sales or management experience, ideally in wholesale or retail. • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and customer service. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Skilled in analyzing sales data and market trends. • Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. • Familiar with ERP systems; 2020 Design Software; experience with design/pricing software and blueprint reading is a plus. • Team-oriented, organized, detail-focused, and customer-service driven. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. • Experience in interior/kitchen cabinet design and project coordination is a plus. • Minimum 3 year of customer service experience. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 30 lbs when necessary. • Comfortable working in warehouse settings (occasional exposure to noise and dust). • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed. • Occasional travel to meet clients.
