Team
The Demand Sales team is the revenue driving engine of the company. It is our responsibility to understand the capabilities and features of our products, as well as the technology behind it that powers it, to best align with our clients' challenges and expectations. Our sales team is also the conduit between the market and our company. We expect sellers to share their knowledge on trends to better inform decisions on the business.Â
Our sales organization is also a client-facing representation of our organization. We expect them to wear the team colors with pride, and reflect the professionalism we expect from all employees.
Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for building success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects on the value of TripleLift. This role is part of the Holding Company Agency sales team and will be tasked with growing revenue and demand within Interpublic Group (IPG). The ideal candidate will be located in the New York metropolitan area.
This seller will be responsible for supporting new and existing business across their account list, creating an actionable plan of execution for account prioritization, and selling TripleLift’s full suite of programmatic and managed service solutions. The best candidate brings relationships to the table, and they are comfortable presenting at both a tactical and strategic level; all the while evangelizing, educating and influencing agency key decision makers.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, trading desks and DSPsÂ
- Develop leads and build the pipeline
- Meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
- Superior analytical skills and a firm grasp of their customers’ needs
- Assess potential business deals, through RFP response and pursue proactive opportunities via strategic partnerships
- Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization
- Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales
QualificationsÂ
- Solid understanding of digital advertising including SSP-DSP dynamics, CTV, programmatic landscape, branded content and general sales process
- Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments
- Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively
- Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic
