We are looking for a committed Sales Manager to oversee a team of account executives in generating and closing sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts. Vital to your success in this role is the capability to solve problems quickly. You are goal oriented and it shows in how you coach, train, and develop your Account Executives. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a team of Account Executives in inbound and outbound efforts (free trials, demo requests, warm leads, cold calls, cold emails, social media, etc) creating and closing opportunities from start to finish
• Conduct one on one meetings/coachings, measure metric-based results and oversee team meetings
• Continually help identify opportunities for growth on the sales team
• Develop an understanding of the KPIs that have driven results in the past, and learn how to repeat those in the future
• Identify areas of improvement at an individual and team level and collaborate with other teams and departments to implement change
• Improve conversion rates at various points in the funnel
• Create SLAs with every department that is involved in driving revenue, to ensure agreed-upon commitments and alignment

Your Skills Include:

• 4+ years experience in a SaaS sales environment with at least 2 in sales management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, drive and motivate a high performing team 
• Goal oriented and self motivated with the ability to organize and interpret sales data and trends
• Tech savvy with experience using Salesforce
