About This Opportunity:


The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coaching an assigned Account Executive team within the mid-market segment. The position holder is expected to understand the Client/Buyer journey, the Docebo platform, and is an ambassador of the Docebo brand with prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Coach your team on a professional level
  • Build confidence and trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
  • Supervise and conduct trainings on skills improvement, inbound sales and learning & development topics
  • Be accountable for headcount plan, and continue to grow your team through hiring top talent 
  • Continuously coach and teach account executives according to the company sales process
  • Meet Monthly and Quarterly assigned goals
  • Own and be accountable for your team’s forecast on a weekly basis
  • Obey by the rule “what is not in the CRM does not exist”. Ensure the company CRM and your “book of business” is always up to date in the Company and be accountable for the information in the CRM as applied by your reports.
  • Stay positive and well levelled also when under pressure
  • Engage closely in sales cycles
  • Travel as required

Requirements:

  • 2 years min. of sales management experience with a proven track record of success- SaaS or HCM preferred
  • Methodical and highly process focused
  • Proven coaching skills
  • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent knowledge
  • Ability to travel when required across North America (US & Canada)
