• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports on sales performance, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Qualifications:
Qualifications
-  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 7 years of proven experience as a sales manager(Open trade)Â in the AC industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and data to drive decision-making
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Â Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Â Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
