About Sales Manager - Pinterest:
Due to tremendous growth on our Pinterest program, we are adding a new sales leader who can help amplify the team by truly be a master of their craft. As a Sales Manager, you will use your strategic sales and client relations expertise, marketing knowledge and technical aptitude to develop opportunities within the business-to-business sales space to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our inside sales team in the Small to Medium (SMB) Advertising Technology space.

Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid - In office 3 days weekly

What will you do?• Successfully drive your teams to meet and exceed sales quotas and client expectations.• Leverage data and analytics to monitor and drive your team's performance, identify achievements as well as areas of focus• Coach and collaborate with your sales managers• Develop and grow relationships with client contact(s), manage client needs and expectations while doing the same with your team• Ensure consistent and effective communication through regular client quarterly and weekly business reviews• Make necessary adjustments based on changing client requirements• Motivate team leads and sales representatives to succeed, manage program day-to-day activities, training, logistics and other activities as required• Hold regular team meetings/huddles to ensure alignment of team performance and goals• Identify best practices and makes recommendations to senior leadership to improve team and program performance and identify potential areas for growth• Help identify sales trends and customer feedback to improve client products and processes• Support the sales team by ensuring that all internal systems and tools (expense reporting, time card, etc.) are up to date

Skills & Qualifications:• Direct and B2B sales experience required, preferably with an SMB focus• Must be competitive and be willing to drive, push and exceed goals• 2 or more years of management/supervisory experience or equivalent in a telesales environment OR currently holds a MarketStar Coach or Team Lead position• Superior communication and writing skills• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus• Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Results-oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance• Must have an adaptive management style and the ability to work at micro and macro levels• Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
