Due to the nature of our business and interaction with external clients, Paperless Parts has a COVID-19 vaccination and booster mandate. Summary:Â
The Manager of Sales provides front-line leadership, direction, and day to day to the organization's sales function. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and will inherit a growing, successful Sales team that is on the verge of establishing Paperless Parts as the industry leader in manufacturing SaaS solutions. This role will ideally be based at our Boston office or near Austin TX.
This successful candidate will:
- Manage a team of 6-8 account executives to consistently achieve new bookings quota
- Actively upgrade team capabilities via hiring, onboarding and performance coaching effortsÂ
- Be responsible to meet goals for both new and upsell SaaS license bookings in addition to pipeline generation activities.Â
- Provide leadership to the sales organization and foster a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior.Â
- Drives pitch compliance, hygiene, close rates, and quota attainment across the team.Â
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Professional Services, and Product organizations to drive a cohesive GTM strategy that aligns around a clear ideal customer persona (ICP) across the organization.
- Drive sales organizational change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding constructive organizational change.Â
- Establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects through executive bridge meetings.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in a business-to-business SaaS sales environment.Â
- Track record of consistent quota attainmentÂ
- Proven work experience as a leader of a Sales team (or similar) in a Sales organization experiencing year over year growth
- Experience working in a high-velocity environment and on a monthly cadence
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee hiring, training and motivation techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- This position requires extensive travel

Encinitas Office: Our California office is our newest office which seats about 15 hardworking BDRs and Account Executives individuals. The office has an open floor plan with several conference rooms to encourage collaboration with your colleagues in California and TV's to connect with those sitting in Boston or remotely. The office comes stocked with snacks, coffee and regularly catered meals. The office is walking distance from Downtown Encinitas, the Coaster train stop, and tons of restaurants, bars, and activities on the 101.
