Job Description Summary:

As the Sr. Manager of Pro Sales, you will lead and develop a field level teams of SMB Account Executives. You will lead the development, recruiting, training and progress toward crushing the Pro team's revenue and account goals.

Role 

  • Build and manage multiple SMB sales teams
  • Consistently develop and deliver against team revenue goals
  • Assist team leaders and individual contributors throughout their sales cycles by deeply understanding customer needs
  • Work with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process
  • Understand the challenges facing the team throughout the conversion funnel and clear the way to allow for success
  • Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in data management, sales engineering, finance, operations and other supporting roles
     

Sound like you? 

  • 5+ years of experience successfully managing SMB sales teams (preferably for a technology company)
  • Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in SMB sales
  • Previous experience recruiting, training, and developing a team from the ground up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think
  • Previous experience selling into eCommerce merchants
