The Importance of this Role

The Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager will play a critical role in Matic's continued success by leading, coaching and inspiring a team of Licensed Insurance Agents on a daily basis.

What You’ll Do

• Coach and develop agents
• Hold agents accountable to achieving certain levels of performance across established metrics
• Achieve objectives through effective performance management of their team
• Work effectively with senior leadership to execute on company OKRs
• Lead presentations about the agency for a variety of audiences
• Provide feedback about agency technology, leads, carriers, and customer experience
• Participate in process improvement projects as needed
• Accomplish additional assigned tasks as needed

What You Offer

• Minimum 2 year of insurance or mortgage related experience
• Demonstrated success in selling or managing personal insurance products
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills; able to use data to drive performance
• Ability to develop and motivate agents
• Motivated, self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
