Sales & Marketing Analyst

RESONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Responsible for completing tasks associated with pricing, including but not limited to:
  
  • Maintains pricing data in SAP and electronic files.
  • Maintains master list of customer price file reference.
  • Generates customer pricing with consistent professional appearance that are grammatically correct and technically accurate.
  • Provides pricing to customer service and works with account managers to ensure clear communication of intended pricing for individual customer requests.
  • Utilizes database(s) and ERP to obtain pertinent customer information.
  • Maintains databases and activity logs of pricing files and organizes supporting documentation including customer contracts and terms and conditions.
  • Update scheduling agreements as needed.
  • Monitor and maintains customer forecast
  • Yearly adjustment of customer cumulative quantities
  • Work with sales on budget analysis and projections
• As the administrator for the company's CRM system, maintains user profiles/access, provides training to users, and configures the software tool and automation.
• Work with marketing to develop CRM process for integration with marketing automation campaigns, chat bot and website portals.
• Maintain high-level familiarity with system/business application capabilities (SAP, CRM, etc.) and make recommendations about potential integration or functionality, including retention and tracking of customer pricing communication.
• Other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES:

• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data
• Excellent oral and written communication skills essential
• Must be self-motivated, work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and possess detailed project management skills.
