Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research on various projects, including competitors, identify content opportunities, monitor market trends, and share recommendations with leadership.
- Independently lead and execute activities (such as sales, marketing, event projects, etc.) related to one or more projects or sub-projects to grow the business.
- Actively and independently propose outlined tasks and deliverables within assigned areas.
- Build relationships with project teams and managers, to help drive completion of high-quality project deliverables.
- Create and actively manage spreadsheets and charts used to track and monitor project progress.
- Take ownership and report on assignments by the Director of New Business Development and Marketing or brand leadership.
- Manage, lead, and execute key New Business Development initiatives, follow up with responsible parties, and make sure projects are completed on time.
- Lead in meaningful VOC (voice of customer) process by ensuring that valuable questions/data are created and captured to help support decisions.
- Coordinate with key vendors or external partners, which could include advertising agencies, strategic partners, etc.
- Track, collect, compile, and monitor assigned departmental business KPIs related to goals.
- Uses internal (SAP) system to create/administrate/reconcile purchase orders, maintain budgets and work with the director to plan fiscal year budgets.
- Positions that fall under the functions of Product Development, Legal, HR, IT, and Executive Management are required to exercise higher-level confidentiality and discretion in handling information the positions have access to.
- Provide support toward the certification and ensure compliance to customer required quality management systems (TISAX, TS16949, IATF, etc)
- Ensure punctual attendance per the defined work schedule and comply with the attendance policy for time reporting, break periods, and overtime if applicable.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; and two to three years related experience. Familiarity or experience in emerging trends such as EV mobility, metaverse, and portable audio devices is a plus.
