Sales & Marketing Development Specialist (Hybrid)

Our Sales & Marketing Development Specialist is responsible for helping to grow distribution by building relationships with assigned accounts and stakeholders. This role will develop strategies within those accounts and execute on them while delivering an exceptional experience for our field force.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Own and cultivate marketing relationships with assigned firms
- Schedule and perform online presentations and training
- Schedule and perform in person presentations and training
- Work with internal partners to improve processes
- Report activity in designated CRM
- Perform other tasks as needed to attain sales goals
Educational Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required preferably in marketing, communications or business management
- Minimum 2 years work experience preferably in the financial services industry
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: S04
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
