Title:  Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator

Reports To: Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing

Location:  Remote (In person meetings as needed)

Role overview: The Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day sales and marketing activities, driving growth by assisting in lead generation and nurturing, data hygiene support, and various inbound/outbound activities. This role requires excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive leads, pipeline and revenue.
  • Coordinate and manage the sales and marketing automation systems, including the CRM system, marketing automation platform, and other relevant tools.
  • Develop, document and optimize sales and marketing processes and workflows to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on sales and marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, tracking expenses and providing regular updates to management.
  • Support the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Maintaining and implementing data hygiene best practices to improve data quality between our CRM, marketing, and sales platforms.
  • Ensuring data cleanliness from leads acquired from tradeshows and other sources.
  • Coordinates and provides technical support for sales meetings, including preparation of presentation materials.
  • Coordinates production and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Lead email marketing strategy including planning content calendar, content creation, and data analysis to generate top of funnel leads 
  • Create and maintain Integrated Marketing Plan for the year to align content, digital efforts, social media & events with each monthly campaign. 
  • Assist with writing and optimizing webpages and all content (whitepapers, one-pagers, case studies, and blogs) for SEO

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-5 years experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred)
  • 2-5 years experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with researching and sourcing new prospects
  • Strong analytical mindset utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and other BI tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • A data-driven and process-oriented mindset

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 plus benefits including 401k match
