PROGRAM OVERVIEW

• The Prism Rotational Program is Henkel's entry-level, 12-month rotational program designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential, diverse talent for the Adhesives business in the United States. During this exciting one-year program, you will be exposed to many different aspects of the Adhesives business through rotations, trainings, and networking events. You will receive high level of visibility and guidance from a mentor, subject matter experts and senior leaders throughout the program.
• During the PRISM program youwill be based at our Consumer Adhesive division headquarters in Westlake OH but may spend significant time (a few weeks to a month) in our offices in Atlanta GA, Mooresville NC or Bentonville AK supporting our various customers.
• At the end of your 12-month program, you will work with your manager to identify a permanent location that fits your interests, and the business needs of Henkel. We expect these future roles will be in our offices in Atlanta, GA, Mooresville, NC, or Bentonville, AR.

YOUR ROLE

• You will gain experience in both sales and marketing as well as gain a deep understanding of our exciting products and markets through rotations on our sales & marketing teams.
• Rotations will include, but not be limited to, our Portfolio, Digital, Brand and Account Management teams.
• Key projects or focus areas are identified for each rotation (examples: brand review & customer product line review preparation, portfolio sku rationalization, digital media plan development)
• You will lead and support various aspects of key projects and present to internal and external leadership
• The Sales & Marketing Associate Track will prepare you to succeed in future roles in our consumer adhesive organization (sales, marketing, etc.).

YOUR SKILLS

• BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration within teams (previous internship/co-op experience is preferred).

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in Westlake, OH starting in July of 2024, and able relocate to Atlanta, GA, Mooresville, NC, or Bentonville, AR or Westlake, OHcompletion of the Prism Program.

The salary for this role is $65,000-$72,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this salary range may also be modified in the future.
