Sales Marketing Project Manager

About this position
The sales marketing project manager is responsible for managing high-value initiatives by leading project teams simultaneously using disciplined project management skills and experience to inspire a sense of shared purpose and successfully deliver Plexus products and services.
What you'll do
- You're responsible for successfully delivering Plexus products or services by closely monitoring and controlling all aspects of a project, including scope, resources, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- You build, develop, and maintain collaborative working relationships across the organization and with external partners vital to project success, including managing stakeholders, differing priorities, and conflict resolution.
- You continually monitor/manages project objectives and expectations with the team, clarifying roles and responsibilities where needed.
- You prepare and maintain all project details and track milestones/deliverables, risks, critical paths, and dependencies.
- You develop and monitor project schedule baseline variances; create and submit project change requests as needed in consideration of project progress/outcomes.
- You create and maintain all project tracking tools, including project schedules, status reports, risks, issues, and action items.
- You adhere to specific templates, tools, and processes to ensure conformance to project methodologies and governance established by the EPMO
- You facilitate project planning meetings with cross-functional project team members to document deliverables, and durations, then assign resources to provide a comprehensive, dynamically linked project schedule and timeline.
- You perform a Critical Path Analysis to understand potential impacts on the project's schedule caused by possible deviations from the approved baselined project plan.
You should have
- You have an associate degree in Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent work experience. BA or BS Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Legal or related field preferred
- You have 1-3 years of project management experience in traditional waterfall and a working knowledge of Agile and Scrum framework for addressing complex, adaptive problems while productively and creatively delivering products or services of the highest possible value.
- You have project management experience managing various projects for Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales and Operations departments.
- You have a PMP
- You can articulate complex technical concepts and translate the information into understandable business terms for stakeholders throughout the organization.
- You manage multiple projects and lead people effectively.
- You have proficient oral and written communication skills to all levels of the organization.
- You have strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- You can collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations.
