Sales & Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Location Caliber provides a remote workplace model with access to coworking office space in the U.S. for employees who would like a change of scenery or an opportunity to meet with local colleagues.
Travel: This role may include travel to 2-3 industry conferences and events per year.

About the Role
Caliber is looking for a sales & marketing specialist to join our growing marketing communications agency. In this role you will support both our business development/sales and marketing initiatives to help attract new clients and top talent. This role requires an individual with excellent project management and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple projects at once, working quickly while paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
The compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000 base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits.
About your Responsibilities

Working alongside our Director of Business Relationships and Senior Marketing Manager to help achieve our sales and marketing goals

Understand and stay up to date on Caliber’s capabilities and the industries we serve

Develop, refine and manage sales enablement materials, including client proposal decks, templates and case studies in collaboration with account teams

Conduct research and create briefs for sales calls

Evaluate RFIs and RFPs to assess fit

Update and maintain our sales and marketing CRMÂ

Draft marketing materials including blogs, emails, social posts, web copy, sales enablement materials, etc.

Update and maintain the Caliber website

Coordinate with design freelancersÂ

Support event marketing and prospecting efforts

Manage sales and marketing trackers to ensure they are up to date and providing key information for Caliber LeadershipÂ

Assist in creating monthly & quarterly business development and marketing reports to reflect on success and key learnings

About our Ideal Candidate

3 years minimum experience in a B2B agency, ideally with some experience in a marketing and/or sales capacity

Enthusiasm for fintech and financial services, experience a plus

Demonstrated writing and research skillsÂ

Experience with social media marketing

Basic SEO and design knowledge preferredÂ

Excellent project management and multitasking skillsÂ

Ability to complete tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
